Appointments:
How many appointments will it take?
The number of appointments it takes to reach any given goal varies greatly by goal and by individual. In some cases, one or two appointments get the job done. In others, a longer-term approach is necessary. In either case, it will be you, the client, who controls the number of appointments you book, as I do not pre-sell packages of appointments. You are free to decide at the end of each appointment whether you have fully reached your goals yet or wish to continue working toward them. I am happy to discuss your goals by telephone consultation and give you a general idea of what to expect, based on the information you give me. How long are appointments?
Initial appointments are generally about 2 hours long. Subsequent appointments are most often in the 1 to 1.5 hour range, although we may at times specifically plan longer sessions. I build flexibility into my appointment schedule as there are times when a client’s process requires completion rather than stopping arbitrarily according to clock time. I can give you an estimate of appointment length when we book a session, but your fee will be based on the actual length of the appointment. The longer sessions are especially helpful if you are coming from out of town to do personal breakthrough work.
What hours are available?
Hours are by appointment only and are generally available Monday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. When you are booking your appointment, I will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer alternatives to in-person sessions?
Much – but not all – of the work I do may be done via telephone appointment, Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. While I do not do hypnosis over the phone or via other distance connections, I can make a custom self-hypnosis recording for you, based on a telephone appointment. Fees:
How are fees charged?
Fees are charged by the hour. The first hour of each appointment is $85, with time after that pro-rated into quarter-hour segments at a rate of $60 per hour.

1 hour: $85
1.25 hours: $100
1.5 hours: $115
1.75 hours: $130
2 hours: $145
Custom Self-Hypnosis Recording: $25 + applicable fee for set-up appointment and recording time
You pay only for the actual time your appointment takes, regardless of how much time I have set aside for that appointment.
Payment:
For face-to-face appointments, payment is made at the end of the appointment by check, cash or PayPal or Venmo. For distance appointments, we will discuss payment options when we set up your appointment.
Do you take credit cards?
I do not take credit cards directly, but I do take PayPal or Venmo, which you can fund from your credit card . If you plan to use PayPal or Venmo, please be sure you have your account set up and your information with you when you come for your appointment.
