From 264 East:
Exit for First Colonial Rd. North. Continue on First Colonial through the shopping and restaurant district and past the traffic light at Wolfsnare Rd. (.7 mile; there is a 7-Eleven on your left). At the next light, Southall, make a U-turn. (There will be an Aldi's store on your left and a  Bank of America on the right.) Once you have made the U-turn, you will be right in front of Aldi’s. Coastal Professional Center is the next complex after Aldi's, as you travel south on First Colonial. Suite 1805 is in the building at the back, which will be directly ahead once you enter the parking lot for Coastal Professional Center.

From the Oceanfront:
Take Laskin Rd. (that's the equivalent of 31st St., for you out-of-towners) west 2.5 miles to First Colonial Rd. Turn right (north) on first Colonial and continue on First Colonial through the shopping and restaurant district and past the traffic light at Wolfsnare Rd.(.36 mile; there is a 7-Eleven on your left).  At the next light, Southall, make a U-turn. From Shore Drive:
Head south on Great Neck Rd. to First Colonial Rd. (3.87 miles). Turn left on First Colonial Rd. and continue for 1.57 miles to Coastal Professional Center, which will be the first office complex on the right after the traffic light at Southall. (It is the next driveway after you pass the Aldi's store.) Suite 1805 is in the building at the back, which will be directly ahead once you enter the parking lot for First Colonial Office Park.
